Air Asia X Cabin Crew Interview process 2024

 AirAsia X is hiring passionate, ambitious, and humble flight attendants from around the world. 

Here’s a simple outline of their hiring process:

1. Application and Arm Reach Test

First, candidates submit their applications and complete an arm reach test. Those who pass move on to the next step.

2. CV Drop and “Catwalk” Stage

In this stage, called the "Catwalk," groups of five candidates are called up to walk confidently toward the interviewers with warm smiles after the MC announces, “'Now, show your bright smiles and hand your CVs to each interviewer!'"

 In front of the interviewers, 

they answer a common question like "Why AirAsia X?" followed by a short conversation.

3. Group Discussion

Those who pass the Catwalk stage move on to a group discussion. 

In the 2024 round, groups were given 7 minutes to build something creative with paper and tape and then had 3 minutes to “sell” their creation to the interviewers. This stage emphasizes teamwork

* Candidates who don’t participate, act aggressively, or ignore others’ ideas are usually eliminated.

4. Final Interview

Candidates who pass the group discussion are invited to a short final interview, lasting about 10 minutes.

5. Results

Final results are typically sent within 5 to 7 days.
